Before your access opens. You can cancel any time during the 14 days after your payment and get a full refund.
If your access doesn't open on time. If you haven't received your access 14 days after payment, you'll get a full refund automatically. You don't need to ask.
After your access opens. You have 14 days from the day your access opens to watch, paint and decide. Full refund, no questions asked.
How to ask for a refund. Email me at hrymaart@gmail.com from the address you used to buy, or use the "Cancel my purchase" form linked at the bottom of the course page. Your name and order email are enough.
When you get your money back. Within 14 days of your request, usually much sooner, to the payment method you used.
After a refund. Your access to the course and the bonus ends.
Your legal rights. This guarantee is in addition to your legal right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. It doesn't limit it.
